It does bring up the homepage from Neil's link, which I couldn't get before, but when I click on Images or Maps etc, it goes back to Talk Talk page.

It is a Talk Talk problem unfortuneately but there is a fix by using another DNS server but you might not want to do it if you are not that techy.

I might be around you way tomorrow and could make the changes for you if you like

The boot treatment used to be called 'percussive maintenance' when i was working....and if percussive maintenance broke whatever it was you were trying to fix...well, you needed a new one anyway

Make sure you set a 'master password' in the settings, I assume Chrome has this as well as Firefox....
