Re: Pah to your weedy 8M broadband!

well it looks like the end for NTL is in sight

they offer a staggering 3mb line with 2gb of bandwidth usage a month

2gb of bandwidth can be used in a matter of hours lol

needless to say i told NTL to sod of and went with bulldog 8mb for less money and no restrictions

when 24mb hits my area bulldog can sod off as well lol

Re: Pah to your weedy 8M broadband!

Bulldog will prolly have 23Mbit too... and i'd think they will have it faster than Be in our area simply because Be have to rollout their LLU all over the country yet and I doubt the Accrington exchange is high on their priority list, however I could be wrong .

And.. i'd guess with no research that NTL will be able to provide much higher than 24Mbit, but.. thats going off the theory that they use the same cabling as places like sweden, which they might not! ..
I'm sure someone will look it up and correct me

NTL could deliver a lot faster speeds than adsl because as you say their set up is better and to be honest a million times more reliable than any other company offering adsl

the only problem with NTL is the limits on how much you can use
