Question Phishing filter

Does anyone on here use phishing filter?
I do, and was wondering if I should leave it on or will I be better off turning it off!, as im sure the bloody thing slows down the pages from loading
what ya reckon?, leave on or leave off??

I've got it on as well, but haven't got a clue what it is. Never touched it in case i do something wrong.

it supposed to check websites to see if they are phony ones , eg....a phony ebay site that could get all your passwords etc....
