Thing is, if this road were 'visinal' .. would it not have to have 'local' people to use it and, therefore, a settlement of some sort nearby?

I remember the family Sandersons living around there I used to live at 99 lower Antley Street just in front of here

The Latin word "vicinus" means "neighbour" and is derived from another Latin word "vicus" meaning "town, quarter or street"
