Ibbotts

In the Church Kirk registers pre 1812 there are several references to the placename 'Ibbotts in Oswaldtwistle.' There are no entries for it after 1812. I cannot find it on the first edition 6 inch OS map dating from the 1840s. Does anyone have any idea where it was?
Thanks

Re: Ibbotts

I think this question has been asked in another forum I belong to. I will ask. The answer will likely be found on old maps.
