Builders floored by Accrington market hall discovery (From Lancashire Telegraph) Does anyone remember these old flags ? Doesn't say when they were covered over. Think I remember them, but ... may have dreamt it.  |

Cant every recall them tbh but should look really good when all the work is completed! Will we need to get Polish or Italian flag specialists in to maintain it though?
