Oakleaf Puzzle 6

This splendid piece of Victorian Gothic Revivalry is called a Tympanum.

There is a cluster of oakleaves if you can tell me which building in the borough it might be attached to.

Very nicely marked stone by the way - Longridge Sandstone I wonder?
