Old School/chapel building

Now this is a new one on me. Was out and about today taking a few piccy's. Not my area of town so not sure whether I was at bottom of Steiner St or Frederick St. I know nowt about this building. Anybody out there know anything please?

Its not listed in Shurmer's LXXXVIII street guide under his list of Baptists, so it must have been closed for some while. Ask if they have a R-O-H for WWI soldiers. Not come across that church in what Dobo refers to as my secret files.
