Plane Tree Inn
Can anyone help me out with this?
According to parish records a distant relation of mine was baptised at St. James, Church Kirk in 1886. It also gives their abode as Plane Tree Inn. I know there's a Plane Tree Inn in Blackburn but was there ever one in Church? After a bit of digging I've found a mention of a Plane Tree House in Church - could there be a connection? Thanks, Steve |
