Puzzler for Katex

Katy.
You say you like the history puzzles, have a go at this, its supposed to be about Accrington 1851.
Thats what the public record office had it listed as, when the office was in Chancery Lane.

Sorry Margaret.
The document is dated 1581.
It will blow up bigger, double click then click on % in bottom right, and take it to 150%.

You've finally got your mind in the right era, but its nowt to do with Poll Tax.
Its just one of 8 pages of a court case and dispute about the ownership of a parcel of land in the Tippet of Ogden, when the river Ogden changed its course due to erosion.
The case was'nt resolved and was sent to Westminster.
I could never find any further reference to this case at the P.R.O.
attached one of the pages translated.
