Royal mill, clayton-le-moors.

On Monday last at Oswaldtwistle Mill, I photographed the late Thurston Smith's fantastic model of the 500 H.P. Clayton & Goodfellow 1912 built mill steam engine that originally drove Royal Mill at Clayton-le-Moors.

Has anyone any old photographs of this engine taken prior to it being scrapped, and any other pictures of Royal Mill.

Happy steamings,
Alan.
