Williams' Commercial Directory

In 1845 a firm called Williams published a directory covering various NE Lancashire towns, including Accrington. There isn't a copy in the county library system. If anyone has a copy, I would like to have a looksee at it, or have a photocopy of the Accrington pages. It is the sort of item that a keen collector of local history books would have.Any suggestions?
