The one i got sent is only of it fallin down probly 20 seconds or so and from off marsden st !oh and its sideways !!!!!

Hi, well, it was all over so quickly, some of my photos are blurred. Sorry about that. I found it "very emotional" when the chimney came down. A sad day. Good job done by the steeplejacks! Very professionally carried out! Fred Dibnah would have been proud of you all!

And the last few ....

I think we should just find out many, or how few, mill chimneys we now have left in Hyndburn. I know of two I can think of immediately, the old "Toffy Hodgson's" - behind Cotton Street, and the one still standing on Victoria Street.
