pssssst, AnotherJFK, according to this one: http://home.earthlink.net/~jimcapaldi/songsby.htm, it's Pete Seeger with Lee Hays. Other sites credit it to either one of them or both, so i guess we'll never know.

Yep yerself, I have also since found sites the credit both Seeger and Hays. The logical conclusion here I suppose would be that they co-composed it.
