My friend has just been round and bandaged it for me(she used to be a nurse)
Its fine in the morning but due to having to walk on it.It is very sore at night:-(

Yeah it will be, and its not like you can rest it either. Ive had problems with my feet since i was about 11 so know just how painful it can be and how its so easy to aggrevate the problem

My foot feels a bit better today but that might have something to do with all the ibuprofen ive taken lol

I bought a slow cooker about a month ago but it is still in the box will get it out and use it one day lol
