Following on from the last one, seeing as it didn't meet wth approval, here's another Scouse classic.

Some river! I'll have you know the mighty Mersey is not just some river you cultural pygmy! It's the wellspring of all things Scoueyness! Some river indeed!
Anyways, Mr.Marsden & crew are somewhat more acceptable than the ginger binter, but he gets a bit irksome continually hearing the ditty ferry cross the Mersey for an hour if one indulges in a "Royal Iris" river cruise.
Still, a change of direction Don Williams - "Good ole boys like me"

Hey ... I was on a booze cruise on that tub back in ... let me think ... maybe '62 ... it was kind of a works outing for Granada ... the tv rental outfit ... I didn't work there but a boozing buddy of mine did. I think Gerry and the Pacemakers were performing that nite ... and I can't remember who else ... come to think of it, I can't remember all that much of that whole nite ... everyone was trashed ... but there was one chick who could suck a tennis ball thru 30 feet of garden hose .... Oops ... better quit ... I'm not old enough for the over 18s; so, it's "parental control" time.

Easter by Marillion. Musics most misunderstood band and more importantly music best kept secret.
This version was recorded on Wednesday night in Manchester and it was a tremendous concert.
