No it was about 3pm.
Dumping concrete I broke out of the back yard to put some water pipes under ground.

I waited ages to get in and the attendant told me they had not been busy over the weekend. In the queue to get in were three bin lorries and two big tippers which we couldn't get past to go to the skips. There must be hundreds of pounds wasted while HBC lorries wait in the queue.
