Waters Off Again

Having problems with bathroom shower fitting, keeps shutting off, was one my way to plumbers merchants when I found out the pressure has been dropping over that past 24 hours, now its OFF, water board have an answering machine running, there is a burst main on Moscow Mill St, why that should affect Rough Lee Rd beats me.
Looks like panic valve shutting, like the episode near the Griffin Pub last year

Ma is affected on Riley's Hill too. A right imbuggerance for her. She was going to make a pot of tea with soda water(?)....I told her not to do that, but to have a soda and orange juice.
