Smile Accrington & District Bonsai Society

Hello Accrington Web, I would like to tell you about the Accrington Bonsai Society, we meet on the first Tuesday of the month at the Harvey Street centre at 7.45 and finish for 10pm. we are a small but very friendly club who are looking for new members who would like to come and join us.
I myself have only been a member for the past 5 months, but have been made very welcome and as a complete novice have been given lots of advice and ecouragement. There are lots of things planned for the next 12 months such as workshops talks and the annual club show at Ossy mills on the 20th July, so if you are interested please come along to our next meeting on Tuesday the 5th Feb. I hope to see you there.

Thanks Pauline; you will be pleased to learn that not all our members here are so facetious. Thank you for posting the info, although not a fan of the art myself it is always good to have new topics on here.

Re: Accrington & District Bonsai Society

Hi Emzy, the kits are hard to grow and take a long time.

If you want to see some lovely trees and gets lots of advice
come along to our Summer Show at Oswaldtwistle Mills on Sat
the 20th July. It will be worth a visit!
