Fans' Outrage At Wembley Prices 'Rip-Off'

http://news.sky.com/skynews/article/...266408,00.html

Supporters from both sides are angry about what they say are rip-off prices.
Programmes cost £10, a burger with chips and coke £8 and a bottle of water £1.80.

Re: Fans' Outrage At Wembley Prices 'Rip-Off'

Having been to new wembley for U21's england match we found out how expensive the catering were there, but amazed at the price of the programmes cos we paid £3.50 for the U21's & 1st official Match ever to have played, so really shocked how they have bumped prices up on the programme, plus adult ticket was a tenner, kids a fiver. The drinks were expensive & yeh the hotdogs were pricey then, there was a fair few complaints rumbling in the ground about the queues & coffee machines kept breaking down even before 1st half!! Its a lovely ground & fantastic atmosphere there but the problems with coming out of the ground will be chaotic more so, with crowd congestion trying to leave Wembley & hope they have a better system in place for tube service - that was absolutely manic & mayhem when we was down last month.

Glad the fans are doing this at last some action into stopping the out pricing of football - gee we think its bad in league 2 absolutely ridiculous further into premier league & big finals - something definately needs to be done as its spoiling the national game all over!!
