I actually find rugby to be a quite pointless game. I mean, its like football with a twist and no gear...
And yeah, this poll is a bit biased, but oh well.
Heh, and cricket. One of the least known sports where I live, and probably through-out Canada. Actually not that bad a game though...
And Sarnie boy, don't mean to be mean, but I believe double posting is spam, theres an edit button somewhere. [EDIT: Yes there is one, its at the top of the post you make, I believe that the people here would reccomend using that]

Re: Favourite Sport
It's got to be cricket for me; but only at Old Trafford, my favourite beer garden. I support Lancashire and whoever is beating Yorkshire!
Baiting other Accyweb members sounds like fun, I might try it out sometime.

Bet you voted for tennis. You're a closet Henmaniac aren't you?

Re: Favourite Sport
Formula 1 for me.
The months between October and March are the hardest in my life - no F1.
But it's back now!

Re: Favourite Sport
Difficult one this;I like footy and cricket equally;it's about to get very difficult to keep up with as the cricket season is just around the corner and footy still on!!!

Re: Favourite Sport
I hate sport.
My husband played Rugby Union and watched every sport known to Man (and some barely known at all) on telly. My son has played Rugby, Soccer and cricket in his time and both my daughters played hockey. I played tennis in my "yoof" but I couldn't stand watching anybody else do it. Wimbledon fortnight leaves me cold. I swim and I used to dive - but it's a ME thing. You wanna have a swimming race? Go ahead, I don't wanna watch you.
My favourite sport has to be lying on a sun-lounger, on a hot Maltese beach, with a glass of something potent in my hand.

Re: Favourite Sport
OK, I'll go with that too, but Malta is my favourite destination. Been to Crete, Corfu, Rhodes and Zakynthos (not forgetting Greek Cyprus) and loved them all but Malta does it for me.

Re: Favourite Sport
I have only been to Corfu, Zakynthos and Crete.
Corfu and Crete were the best 2 by far, and we want to go back to Crete because we only saw a very small part of it.
We really needed a car, but difficult with no kiddy seats

Re: Favourite Sport
Crete - beautiful. We stayed in the "German" part in the North (Georgiopolis) and it has the best beaches. Loved Zakynthos and the baby turtles on the beach at Kalamaki.
You should try Malta - they drive on the left, use 3-point plugs and everybody speaks English. I go twice a year and it feels like going home, but warmer.
I think we've gone a bit "off thread". Sorry!
