Who in here goes the gym? Which one? Any good??
Any top tips on how to get good results fast?

I go to the Gym,Cannons in Doncaster is excellent and they are nationwide, they do various memberships and have fantastic classes,Body Combat, Body Pump etc, very modern and most have a swimming pool. The other one I use is Marathon but this is only in Donny and would be a little bit far to go to get fit, other nationwide are Fitness First, most gyms offer a free induction so try them all.

cheers. i do go to a gym... well technically the card is in my wallet so the INTENTION is there to go one day! they're all pretty much of a muchness in our neck of the woods. apart from JJB which is nice but full of posers!

Do actually half the idiots round here use the gym or just call in to pick there next course of steds up . They are all the same 16 stone built like a brick s*** house but cant lift a bag of sugar . I ve worked with enough of them to see that plus in another few years there livers will be packing in . I ve ehard the JJB one is meant to be the best . It may not be cheap but you pay for what you get

Never been myself but know a lot of people who go to Great Harwood Gym, and they say it's one of the best they have been to.

Depends what kind of gym your after.Some gyms are mainly freeweights which bodybuilders tend to use or there are gyms with c.v.machines (work the heart and lungs) and resistance machines (work the muscles,tendons and ligaments) .Some gyms are direct debit which can be a bit of a bind,some are pay as you go.I use the NEW ERA gym which as the said equipment is small ,friendly,and not for posers its a gym for the people.Hope this helps.
