Hope you don't mind me promoting this self-defence system.
My son is a trainer. Is not available locally at the moment, nearest is Manchester/Liverpool, but worth knowing about, and hoping to expand in time. Not a martial arts or sport ... purely realistic self-defence from any criminal bodily attacks. Krav Maga System |
