I have recorded onto a DVD the whole of the event from the BBC streaming video off the internet.It is rather poor quality but better than nothing.Going to have another go tonight from the replay to see if it can be improved.

Yeah, whole of today is on the BBC website.
BBC - Olympic Torch Relay - Lytham St Anne's to Manchester

Cleverly they have set the time of the footage to 'real' time so if you drag the bar to 10:18 it takes you straight to the Ossy Accy leg.

I can now view the relay on you tube however when I put it on full screen it's very poor quality

how can I get the same quality as the internet pictures

It was only when I cropped it down to size that I realized the flame was visible.

Actually Margaret you can see the flame in the pics taken by Jen and Toffee Guy and even mine in the rain yesterday.

Yes...i can see that now I've wiped the sauce off my glasses .
I didn't get to see the flame......going through Accrington...we were on the bus to Bury by the time it arrived in town....I did get some pictures of the preparations....but for some reason they would not up load.Just keep getting 'file Error' message.

It was lovely to see the good turn out along the route...and glad the weather was dry for them.
