Re: Winter Olympics
I have watched some ice dancing on Youtube.
The canadian couple who won gold were quite spectacular doing flamenco - as good as Torville and Dean were doing Ravels Bolero.
The rest of the 'snow sports' just leave me cold

Can't agree with the last part .... but the ice dancing was great ... and it was a special gold medal as Tessa and Scott are the first North American pair to win the gold, and the youngest. They were in the stands, wearing their medals, watching Canada obliterate Russia last night ... even the line with Ovechkin and Malkin couldn't get anything going.

Re: Winter Olympics
Just watching the news .... the IOC is po'd at the Canadian womens' hockey team had a wild party after winning the gold ... after everyone had left the arena, the girls took the party out onto the ice, drinking beer and champagne and smoking cigars .... way to go girls .... real Canadian women play hockey, drink champagne right out of the bottle, and smoke .... People interviewed on the streets of Kingston think that the IOC should lighten up ... they won the gold, damn right they can party ... let's hear for the Canadian women
