Children of Men
Children of Men - tonight at 9 on ITV4.
One of the best films of recent years, in my opinion - not for the squeamish or easily offended but a (mostly) British cast and set in the south of England. Set in the near future, it's a world falling apart because the human race have stopped having children. PD James - who makes a cameo right at the start as the old lady being served at the front of the cafe customers - seems to have got bored when writing it. As a novel, its abrupt ending spoiled it, so this is one of the very few films which are better than their source material. |

Great scene where Clive Owen and the woman and baby walk out of the besieged building past the soldiers and the battle temporarily stops. Well worth watching!

Absolutely brilliant film, I found it quite upsetting, really real film, fightening. Well worth the watch I agree with steve2qec!
