Dope's in Soaps!

I don't know about anyone else but characters Peter ( back on the bottle ) and Joe, both from Coronation Street, have some really plonker story lines of late. Peter makes me wanna punch him in the head for being such a dope and Boating Joe what a moron.

Who's your favourite Dope in a Soap?

Dopes in soaps....this award would have to go to the continuity of Emmerdale......there are some shots that show the place covered in snow, and then in the same episode we see a scene up at the big house where not a flake of snow is to be seen......yes, I do know that scenes are shot on different dates, but wouldn't you think that in the interests of integrity of the show, that they could have shot some of the snowless scenes again(in suitably snowy conditions) to add to the realism? After all we did have something like four weeks of the stuff.

Re: Dope's in Soaps!

Has to be Bennie - Falkland Islanders, after the war, were referred to as Bennies by all the troops. When they realised the significance and complained, orders were issued - No more Bennies, so they bacame known as Stills (Still Bennies)

I havn't noticed to be honest. However with technology these days surely if there was no snow in one scene it could be applied using a computer graphics program couldn't it?

Speaking of Emmerdale I think Shadrack is me fave waste of space. The soap still credible it's not gone as bad as Brookie yet!
