'Hawaii Five 0 ' remakes of old TV stuff

Seems the brains in Hollywood who control popular culture have decided its time to resurect the old TV show 'Hawaii Five 0' ,due to appear on our TV screens during the fall(Autumn) TV season , no details about who plays McGarret or Dano , but it seems to me a lack of imagination if this is one of the 'new' ideas they can come up with .

Couple of questions ..... who do you think of the modern day 'emos' could play McGarret and Dano ?

What 'old' TV show do you think deserves revival ? ........

I'm thinking an up-date of the Likely Lads wouldn't go amiss , just to see how they have aged, dealing with stuff like , Plastic glasses in pubs , Divorce/Bereavment, illness, unmployment at 60, multi-cultural grandkids , women who wear pants all the time, you get the idea .... 'Alf Garnet' meets the Geordies .... just idea ...... lets have your thoughts .. Thx

Don't know what you think but they are never better the second time around, well not to people like myself who grew up with the original, the Prisoner being an example. Seems the remake will feature Alex O'Loughlin in Jack Lords Roll as Steve McGarrett and Scott Caan (wonder if he's James's son) as Danny(Danno) Williams. some how it won't seem the same without Jack Lord shouting at the end of the episode "Book im Danno"
