sorry kestrlx, can't abide the guy , I can remember Pilger's days at the Daily Mirror when he was one the biggest boosters (along with Peter Hain, Labour MP) of Robert Mugabe, who went on to destroy a prosperous Rhodesia and create the living hell of present day Zimbabwee .

Agree SJ - he certainly has a dubious pedigree.
Wasn't he involved in the bail application for the Wikileaks chap the other week?
