Local film maker up for award.
A good local news story for a change.
'A YOUNG film-maker from Accrington will be making her way to a prestigious awards ceremony next week after making a film about living with dialysis. Sarah Coupe, 20, who was born with one kidney and a hole in her heart, has not been to school since she was nine years old' 'Now her ground-breaking film, It’s My Life, will be judged against two other nominees for the First Light award for the film which has had the most impact' Accrington film maker nominated for top award (From This Is Lancashire) Good luck Sarah.
