Re: Lost Boys 2 - The Tribe
yep utter garbage , the first one was fantastic but come on this was selling by its name and thats about it
the vampire hunter guy was ridiculous and his fake deep voice was hilarious especialy put to a mid 30's guy dressed like a 10 year old rambo lol
only thing about that film that sparked any interest for me was the guy at the very begining who owned the beech house where the vampire surfers were gate crashing
he was sex machine from the dusk till dawn movie

Re: Lost Boys 2 - The Tribe
It was like they'd tried to "modernise" the film to me
There was so many similarities it was untrue, no where near as good as the original
It just seemed the same but not as good - worth a watch purely to criticise it though lol

Re: Lost Boys 2 - The Tribe
I haven`t seen it but `The Lost Boys` is one of those films that should be left alone , an 80`s classic, no remakes or sequels required.......

i think they tried making this into a comedy and failed, lets just say if the vampires in this film came to my town they woudl get laughed back out of it
buffy teh vampire slayer was more convincing and had better effects , antthat was a tv show not a feature movie

Re: Lost Boys 2 - The Tribe
I watched 10 minutes then gae it up as a bad job. Its like fruit salads and blackjacks, part of fond childhood memorys that shouldnt be revisited unless you want them spoiled lol

Re: Lost Boys 2 - The Tribe
Exactly
The plot was the same (but messed with) a lot of the script was the same, was just very bizarre really, like they'd just tried to re-create it with a modern feel for a modern audience with a different cast
The only things that fit it were Corey Feldman & Corey Haim (obviously because they starred in the original)
Sorry, not the most experienced film critic but it was just wrong
