Just had a quick "Google" to find the actor's name and it seems there will be more episodes of Endeavour with Shaun Evans in the leading role -definitely something to look forward to!

Plus, Morse will never meet Lewis in the new prequel. He met him for the first time in the first episode of the original Morse in 1987. But I hope his boss Chief Superintendent Strange turns up at some point. |

I think James Grout is the best actor in it but I'm afraid he's getting on a bit (84) he was in Juliet Bravo
