Accyweb is now iPhone / iPod Touch optimised.

If you surf accyweb using an iPhone or iPod touch you will find it is now a lot easier than with the standard mobile style.
Your iPhone/Touch should be detected automatically, if not please let me know and use the style chooser at the bottom left to choose iPhone.

can you lease now set it so it will allow my Nokia web browser (safari based) to get the full version instead of the mobile one? I've even tried sending the relevant 'styleid' but it just pings back the mobile one.

CHEERS!!!!!

Any way of getting that on the Omnia? I'm still stuck with all the blog links at the top of the page

Unfortunately not at the moment as I'd have to store data in the cookie or make a database query, currently i'm just looking at your useragent and redirecting you to whatever style is assigned to your useragent. I'm afraid your nokia is deemed not worthy of browsing the real version

I don't know what an omnia is, what browser does it use? I could change all mobiles to use the iphone skin, but I have no idea if it will work on any other mobiles!

I still can't see any blog links on any mobile styles using PC or iPhone, so I have no idea how that is happening!

Re: Accyweb is now iPhone / iPod Touch optimised.

Its a Samsung omnia, full touch screen like the iphone, uses Opera mini web browser.
I used to be able to get the full red version of Accyweb until the upgrade, now I only get the blue mobile one with all the blog links on the top,
Can't find a way of getting back the red version, theres no option to change it on the mobile version

Omnia link

There should be no blog links in the mobile one, can you upload a screenshot of how it looks.
What is the useragent of your browser, I can make a rule to redirect your browser to the iphone version so you can test it...

OK at the bottom of that style now you should be able to go to the standard layout and then pick the iPhone style. I've messed about a bit and it should put you in mobile mode then allow you to select another style if you choose, then it will remember that style in your cookie, in theory, if it works!

Yeah it works, but look at the pics, damn blogs
I loose zoom on the page but its working, I'll give it a try and let you know, 1st thoughts is it seems better than the blue mobile one.
The drop down text (white) isn't readable on the menu but its Ok once its opened, it turns black then.

Re: Accyweb is now iPhone / iPod Touch optimised.

Thats a total mess. The iPhone style uses fancy stuff and is designed for safari, so I guess thats why it looks awful on your phone.
I've found out why the blogs menu was on your mobile style, your browser can't do javascript and css properly, although I shouldn't have been outputting those items anyway in the mobile style. Try the mobile style again and see if the blog menu has gone.
