A suggestion, re Retlaw

Just been thinking.
Retlaw is a mine of information, regarding our local area.
Maybe we could have a section something on the lines of "Retlaw Remembers", where members could ask him questions?
That is of course providing Retlaw is agreeable to the idea.

I hope not.
Although I've been into every thing, for more years than I can remember,
rooting thro old documents in archives and such, I've too much on my plate with all the men who took the Kings Shilling in WW1, now that their service records have come online, thats added another two years work to the backlog I already have.
As I'm nearing my eighty's, I am hoping to finish it before I pop my clogs. Just spent a valuable two hours searching thro the newspapers, searching for a relative of a man in America, he was'nt there, nor in the memoriam notices the following year.

Retlaw.

Pity Retlaw, your knowledge has been so helpful, and your posts are usually made with a modicum of humour, local interest or otherwise. So long as we can always count on you to put us straight...
