Accrington or England logo
I have just noticed that there is an England emblem/logo on the page tab
I'm doing a poll on this, do you think we should have an Accrington Stanley logo or England one?

Re: Accrington or England logo
Is that what it is?
I just see a white box with a red cross in it.
I hate missing out.
Stanley for me though.

Re: Accrington or England logo
Why not an Accy or Hyndburn logo that isn't Stanley? Not everyone is a football fan but still interested in the borough.

Good point, never thought of that option - I cant find a way to chenge the poll option so looks like it will have to stay like it is and people just post if they want to add an option of their own

Re: Accrington or England logo
I loved the old Accrington coat of arms with the "Industry and Prudence Conquer" motto.

Re: Accrington or England logo
I thought the Stanley Crest was the same has Accrington’s Town Crest? If it is it will make things easier, however I concur with willow accept for the Hyndburn logo.

Re: Accrington or England logo
You don't have to be a football fan to feel heartwarmed by the story of Accrington Stanley.
Too many Accrington folk (over 90% actually) don't realise how lucky they are to have Accrington Stanley a short walk away. Let's celebrate it and not take it for granted.
There's nothing else to be proud of in Accy unless you're a fan of Yes or bricks!
Industry and prudence? Where???!
Only at the IES my friends....
