Re: Accyweb problems
Kipax thats not cricket showing an Irishman in a Scottish Clan outfit. At least its the Jacobian get up and not the Prince Charlie getup.
Niel they are suprisingly warm even when windy as they look like pantiloons in the wind. Besides bet Liam had a pair of Calvin Clines on.

Re: Accyweb problems
After a couple of months were everything has been running well, it's back to double posts, posts that disappear, and non loading pages.
It's too frustrating.
Think I'll come back on when it's running better again.

Re: Accyweb problems
You should have seen it last night when I had about a dozen copies of my post suddenly appear before my eyes, then when I followed it up they reduced to two!

Re: Accyweb problems
I wont comment on the only thing that disappears faster than some of the posts. It seems like it takes for ever to load a page and I put it down to using tabbing on Firefox yet still have the issue when single page or window. We have got some sneaky little gremlins causing mischief. Maybe the server has fallen out with us because we work it too hard.

Re: Accyweb problems
Its like treacle at the moment... TOP TIP wehn replying to or composing a message make sure you copy it all CTRL+A then CTRL+C so if it dies and doesn't post as is happening you can simply paste in and try again by using CTRL+P
or you can use the mouse to select your text.. right click and copy.. then right click and paste to put back in.
or do a rindy and give up hahaha believe that when i see it

Re: Accyweb problems
THANKGOD it's not just mine!!!!! I have been really fed up with it today, and like Rindy might just stay away til it's sorted.....cos it really annoys the life out of me.
Is this the final death for Accyweb?? no-one seems to care much about it anymore..............where's Roy??

Re: Accyweb problems
It's irritating but I certainly hope it isn't the demise of AccyWeb. It's far too useful and helpful to be defeated by technical hitches.

Anyone know any other local ish forums we can congregate if/when this one finally dies. Without Roy to keep it going it can't survive long as none of the other mods can correct any software/hardware issues. Roy must be around somewhere because someone must be paying the server costs.
