Birthdays on calendar

Just wondering why it shows your birthday on calendar the day before wot u put in on your date of birth????

Does it do it with the individuals? I notice if you click on where there are several birthdays on the same day it does then come up with the date as the following (correct) day.

Thanks Less. I hadn't seen that before.

Now I see that it's obvious. If you look at each end you realise which date relates to which day but when you're just looking at something in the middle it becomes a bit confusing.

just seems strange having to put your birthday a day later on date of birth.suppose its just an itch.

No, you're not actually on the wrong date. It's an optical illusion. The number you see next to the day actually refers to the day next to it. If you look at Saturday and Sunday it is easier to understand. The name of the day and the number of the date are at opposite sides of a square, but the square isn't defined with lines so you see the previous day's number close to the next day's date.
