No need for Ovaltine.

Thanks ever so.

Look forward to seeing all the interesting, thrilling threads you're about to come up with, in the morning now.

Er...but you're wrong.

You didn't mention boredom.

Which I did say I would no longer read posts, in which people complained of boredom.

You said you ' boring old tripe'.

Inaccurate, and dull.

A winning combination, in some sorrowful circles.

Don't be up 'all' night.

You might have some bright ideas for interesting threads, first thing.

Don't beat yourself up.

Ease your pain.

Don't force yourself to read things that hold no interest.

Try and muster a little self-control.

Man up.

It's so difficult to muster self-control!

Go and have a little lie down, and try and think up some of these riveting threads, you're about to come up with.

Looking silly, together with inaccurate, and dull = not a good combination.

Go on.

We're looking forward now, to these new, thrill a minute threads, you're going to give the forum.

Is it?

I don't really know many weak-willed people.

They bore me.

Yet you're still here, forcing yourself to read what's clearly boring.

That is awfully sad.

Unless it's me, that draws you.

Oh, no!

Sorry, others have tried, but I really don't do stalkers.

It's not fair on the rest.

Sorry, to disappoint.

Re: Boring is, as boring does.

Kitchen table and chairs for sale -ish at 1:39 -now that's a rivetting post -one to follow, no chance of boredom there...

The best threads as far as I have seen are those that go off thread - that's when things start to get interesting. e.g. In a music thread Margaret and I got from elbow to oyster yesterday evening- a real leap of the imagination needed there. The first thread i ever posted was about the price of a tin of baked beans -imaginations ran riot when that one took off, it was great fun... Recently got from Hydburn councillors to Cilla Black - not bad either.

Just thought of a really interesting thread, arrivederci boredom...

Well I never find anything boring (well except certain members who I just ignore) I read most threads, even pop into the Stanley section occasionally to have a look see, don't much read tech threads as they usually go straight over my head

i was bored so started posting in a different style. Some members dislike me but i certainly brought something different to the forum and generated plenty of debate and emotion.
