You need to use a tool that can handle animated gifs. Then you need to alter each frame of the animation and save it back to an animated image. Thsi has been dropped from 84 pixels to 65 as an example. I used "The Gimp" photo/image editor(which is free BTW)

Oh thanks entwisi,,i dont think i can do all that,i havent the brains ,but yours is smaller ,i coppied and pasted it but its not animated now..

Try opening it in a new window, IIRC teh attachment bit on accyweb stops the animation, open teh picture in a new window by clicking it, then save the image

OOOPS I dont know what i did wrong but its gone back to the big size,,i realy wanted them about half size,,,

I use animationshop. It can resize the whole animation in one go. I made these 50% smaller.
The thumbnails are always static but the images posted from th URLS are animated.
