Help l'm really thick. 400 emails!
l read other thread and thought l'd sussed it, but am still getting emails every time l post!
l go to profile, Edit Options. Default Thread subscription Mode, the drop down option box is grey like rest of box- is it live? Which option do l choose? 1/Do not subcsribe 2/No email notification 3/Daily email not. 4/Weekly email not. l've tried both option 1 & 2, but still get emails, am worried because drod down box is not hi-lighted is still same colour, thats why it doesn't work. Please help, did follow previous adcice to Granny & Wayne. Hope this is in right place, please don't move it, without saying where threads gone, thank you.

When I cleared mine I found that threads I had previously subscribed to were still generating emails so maybe if you try unsubscribing from them as well as opting out in your profile.

I had this problem as well, and worked it out awhile ago - you need to unsubscribe from each thread individually, after you have altered the option in your profile
