Can someone tell me how to insert one of those .mov file please?

they are generaly too big for an attachment to Accyweb. you need to host it somewhere like YouTube and then link to it here

Not for me - I did ask how I could reduce the size of a video clip for uploading onto a website.

Think I'm getting to grips with all this stuff now.

probably that seeing as its a similar request.

remember there are also other sites to YouTube if you prefer to not use that (its blocked by a lot of corporate firewalls like mine here at work.)

If its big file to try Google IIRC YouTube limits the size you can upload but google is bigger.
