Re: Photo Competition

Can anyone create the folder there or has it to be one of the mods?

Thanks for that KSH
I hadn’t realized while doing my tests in mod mode that members can actually clear their vote and revote. Nice one that will make life much easier. Hehe

So my earlier post is now a load of bull. hehe but there you go, I try.

No worries... either myself or mick, as Gallery admins can add Albums to the gallery.

Re: Photo Competition

I’ve moved the photo competition category from the index page in the Gallery to;
Index page ->> Miscellaneous Albums ->> Accyweb members photo competitions.

http://www.accringtonweb.com/gallery/index.php/cat/521

Just thought it would be better out of sight.

You saying that our pictures are that bad

No problem, will the voting be on all the time or just when you close the comp and turn voting on?
I'm thinking when the comp closes we need to find a winner pretty soon because he/she will be choosing the theme for the following comp, so its either leave the voting on all the time and set a deadline for votes to be in (I did try the canceling of votes and re-voting when you put the test on and it worked OK, handy if someone changes their mind), or run the comp for 3 week and have a week to let people vote

I hope the instructions on how to enter will be simple to understand......or I can see myself being in a bit of a knot. (and I think there might be others, like me......who will be too)
