Treacletart, just who are these mafia that you insist on talking about?
I don't know who they are.
And in most cases the moderators ban people who are disruptive and do not add to the reputation of the site.
I have had dealings with the moderators and found them to give a fair hearing.

Sometimes people do get off to a bad start. Blazey for example recently joined. She seemed full of it, and it was her way, or no way.

Now I think it's great that a young women has so much too say, and I'll listen to what she says, even though I still might not agree with everything she posts. She's a poppet.

If you stop moaning about what you feel happened to you, you might actually begin to enjoy it.

Accyweb has it's ups and downs. There is a report button for posts that people have a problem with.
If this facility isn't used then the mods can't do anything about it. if people are fed up then start an interesting thread of your own. It's simple as. Your bound to get the odd winger and whiner but on the whole accyweb are a good bunch of people and the Mods do a good and often thankless job.

I've been accused of being part of the Ossy Mafia on this forum - you can guess who are supposed to be the other members.

Thing is that if this were the case we'd have all been concrete booted as we disagree with each other more often than not!

What always puzzles me is when someone new comes on talking about the 'mafia' strikes me that they've either been told to say that or they have some first hand experience of old. Are they really newbies?
