Nice one people. Thanks your words of encouragement ifty and busman. This happened last night, and unfortunately we can't all be on at once. Maybe if everyone subscribed to the site at about £20 per week then we could employ a team to make decisions within 10 minutes of anything happening. At the least the offensive post was erased before to many people saw it, to ban someone takes a bit of a discussion with the moderators to get the full story... Now - if you feel the need to carry on talking about this then start a thread in feedback and suggestions, do not hijack this thread any further or I'll have to close it and that wont be fair on the thread starter.
