Re: Fairly new to the area
Hello CJW welcome to AccyWeb.
I suppose it depends on your age group as to what you would find of interest in the area.

Re: Fairly new to the area
Hi - blimey, such a quick reply, thank you.
Well, I'm 27, and pretty open minded although like chilled out places as well as dance type clubs - I'm probably not helping much am I....
It seems that the town center is seen as full of townies? So, I guess, that's the type of place I would like to avoid, but other than that, I'm open to suggestions..
thanks

Re: Fairly new to the area
hi and welcome im 27 i tend to stay up the top end of accy though mainly in the hope and anchor or the adelphi and you wont find many townies in either of them . Some of the town centre bars are ok occasionally like the regency and baileys but still have just as good nights pub crawling accross the swan to the hope just stay out the duke of welly and if you ve ever looked through the window you ll see why

Hello CJW.....welcome to Accyweb, hope you enjoy the site.
Being an over the hill 50 something I am not going to be much help with advice on the social life, but there are plenty of younger members who will help you out with this info I'm sure. Happy posting.
