Hello, I'm John F

I've visited this site a number of times over the last few months in preparation for a project I'm involved in. It's to map Accrington town centre, not from the motorist's point of view but from the perspective of the shoppers, workers and people looking for entertainment etc.

If you have any thoughts then that would be great but I think first of all I need to post into the right forum so please direct me!

Re: About Mapping Accy

It's about mapping the town centre form the viewpoint of those who use it. If you look at Accrington town centre in Google maps there's not a lot there. You can go to street view but all the shops are closed and there's just a couple of people so it looks desolate which it isn't.

So this map somehow will describe the life of the centre perhaps as people's journeys through it or perhaps from when it wakes up to the pub and club scene at night.

So if this sparks your imagination please forward any suggestions for including in the map.
