Hi!
I chose my Lambretta name because it brings so many good memories (not all pleasant) of the late 60's early 70's in Accy, such as the Jazz club, The Disco (above Catlows fruit market now Swinton Insurance), Northern Soul ( still beats through my veins) and the many freinds sadly some departed. If anybody else remembers this list of names you'll Know me; here goes then Miceal (Woody) Woodcock (R.I.P) , David (Tubby) Turner, (R.I.P.), Pete Wolfenden (r.i.p.) Mark (Tark) Holden and Stuart Heyes to name just a few, those care free times were full and seemed never ending. I wonder how many of you in that era used to meet on the deck before catching the last bus home or catching the last bus to Blackburn to get in the Mecca ( usually with one tie either cut in half or passed through the toilet window to your mates bellow) :-)) see ya later,
Lambretta
