hi everyone.
I lived in accy from 1988 till 2003 and then back to rishton in 2010 for 18 months and now in grange over sands.we really liked it in accy and found everyone nice and friendly and helpful.i am still interested in the area and its history and latest news.this site seems to have plenty of both and I hope to have some interesting conversations with you all. kind regards, jack preston.

Hi Jack and welcome, my sister is just in the process of moving from Kendal to Grange so we will be visiting on our next trip over, looking forward to it, haven't been there in ages.
