Post politely introducing myself

Hi all,

See, I have read the rules and, whilst I am now very scared of posting where I shouldn't or putting something serious in a funny thread or funny in a serious thread, I thought I would introduce myself as I have been asked to do so before I pop over to the serious forum with my actual question.

Accyweb kept popping up most times when I searched for something locally, so I thought it was about time I joined and made the site my starting point in future.

You all seem like a friendly bunch from all walks of life so I'm sure you'll have most things covered.

I like forums but dont get on as often as I'd like.

Its good to see its been made a BIG forum (sorry, cant remember the actual terminology but you know what I mean). Well done to those who set it up

Here goes nothing..................!

Welcome to the forum, you must be the only person who has read the rules, even I have not

Re: politely introducing myself

I'm obviously a bit of a conformist... don't like to go against the rules - which is not necessarily a good thing. But I don't like to rock the boat.

Looking forward to my time on here already

Just off to do my bit in the community now - but I'll be back this aft

Re: politely introducing myself

Can I just remind anybody who doesn't read the rules that the introduction section is for that purpose, not general chit chat
