Rhyddings
Hi, I was at Rhyddings in the early 70's I remember Mr Kerr, he was my maths teacher, Mr Heffernan was my History teacher I remember him hitting me on the head with a book just for smiling in class, Mr Bolton was one of the maths teachers he was ginger with a goti beard and he had a slipper with a name on the bottom which you got on your bottom if you talked in class. Mr Marsden was the Head Master, I was in theTyping & shorthand class for two years. Mrs Merrigold was the depity Head and I had to report every day so she could check my uniform the good old days of a uniform being a uniform. My name was Karen Whittle then. I was sad to hear about Mr Jagger I remember he always walked like he was about to start dancing, but he was a very good art teacher and I actually learnt alot from him.
